By subscribing to or using Kidjo through the EasyPaisa payment gateway, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, you may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
By creating an account or using our Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described here, including subscription and billing data where applicable. We may update this Policy periodically to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or new features. Updated versions will be available on our platform, and we encourage you to review them from time to time.
We collect only the information necessary to provide a safe, personalized, and enjoyable experience for you and your children.

When you subscribe via EasyPaisa, we may collect and process subscription-related data including your mobile number (MSISDN), EasyPaisa transaction details, subscription status, billing cycle information, and recurring payment authorization status. Payments are processed securely through EasyPaisa and authorized payment partners. Kidjo does not store sensitive payment credentials such as EasyPaisa PINs or passwords.
Device Data - Device type, operating system, network details, and app version.
Usage Logs - Anonymous activity data (viewing time, error reports, timestamps) for performance improvement and troubleshooting.
Feedback or surveys to improve the Service (voluntary participation).

By subscribing to Kidjo through EasyPaisa, you expressly authorize Kidjo, EasyPaisa, and authorized payment partners to process your subscription payments through your EasyPaisa account on a recurring monthly basis.
The subscription fee is PKR 300 per month.
An initial charge of Rs. 1 may be collected as a trial charge to activate your subscription and complete account linking. The Rs. 1 trial charge does not represent the full subscription fee. The full subscription fee of PKR 300 will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless cancelled by you through the EasyPaisa application.
If you cancel during the trial period, the PKR 300 subscription fee will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period, cancellation will prevent future recurring charges. Any subscription payment already processed will not be refunded.
You acknowledge and agree that recurring charges may be automatically processed through EasyPaisa until you cancel your subscription.

Kidjo is designed for safe, family-friendly use. Any child-related profile data is used solely for personalization and is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, political views, or health information. Please avoid sharing such details through the Service.
