1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Geographic Scope and Eligibility

Women World is designed for users residing in Pakistan and is accessible through legitimate internet service providers and EasyPaisa-enabled payment methods.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and will comply with all applicable Pakistani laws.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal and sensitive information, including any health-related data you voluntarily provide and payment-related data processed through EasyPaisa.

By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription, Billing & EasyPaisa Payments

By subscribing to Women World through EasyPaisa, you authorize Kalsym System, EasyPaisa, and their authorized payment partners to process payments from your EasyPaisa account or linked payment method.

The Service may be offered as a subscription-based model with recurring billing, where applicable.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Subscription fees will be charged according to the selected plan.
• An initial charge of Rs.1 may be collected to activate your subscription and complete account linking. The remaining subscription amount may be charged separately thereafter.
• Charges may be deducted automatically via EasyPaisa payment systems.
• Any outstanding subscription charges may be collected after activation in accordance with the applicable subscription plan.
• Your subscription will continue until cancelled by you.
• Subscriptions may only be cancelled through the EasyPaisa application. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not refund charges already processed.

All payment transactions are securely processed through EasyPaisa. We do not store sensitive financial credentials such as PINs, passwords, or wallet authentication data.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and subscription.
• Maintain the security of your account and EasyPaisa-linked payment method.
• Not misuse or disrupt the Services.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials within the Services are the exclusive property of Kalsym System or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Our Services may include third-party services, including EasyPaisa payment processing, analytics tools, and advertising networks such as Google AdSense.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. You are encouraged to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Termination may also occur in cases of payment failure or fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalsym System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including issues related to third-party payment providers such as EasyPaisa.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalsym System, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
